Online monthly catchups are focused on various members sharing about their work/process, collaborating or mini-marketing training topics and is generally held at 11am Thursdays (2nd Thursday of the month).

I’m using Wordpress or Shopify (not Squarespace), will this be okay?

You likely won’t get as much out of it than if you use Squarespace, but many principles would be the same no matter what platform you use.

What is your refund policy?

This is an online membership, so we do not usually provide refunds. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch. You are able to easily cancel your membership at any time within your login portal.

I’m not a creative or artist running their own business/freelancing, is that OK?

This creative community is designed specifically for creatives who are freelancing/running their own business, but the definition of a creative is pretty broad. If you have a creative business that includes art or design, this will be perfect for you.

Are all the online training modules included all at once?

No, the modules will be uploaded every month so you are not overwhelmed with content. You will also have the members only group to discuss and ask questions.
