Hi! I’m Emma, a Squarespace strategist, designer and SEO consultant.
I specialize in helping creative/visual art and wellness businesses and organizations with their Squarespace website and/or strategy. VIP Days are available according to availability, please book ahead if you will need assistance in a certain week. VIP Days cost approximately $600+ GST
What I can help with

Need SEO tweaks, an audit? You can include that as part of your VIP Day. For full SEO packages, please see our monthly SEO service.

Essential for your email marketing, we create landing pages and squeeze pages for your freebie or lead magnet, and can guide you in what kind of content to create.

Need a quick website refresh? We can adjust your branding colours, logo, fonts etc and tweak pages.

Need some direction on how to market yourself using your Squarespace website? We can totally cover this!

Besides basic CSS, we don’t offer advanced coding for our VIP Days. We generally don’t recommend heaps of coding on your website, as when Squarespace updates their systems it can cause issues, and it can also slow down your website. But if you really need some particular changes you can request a quote and you can book that separately
How to book

Before booking, it’s a good idea to get in touch via email or schedule a quick consultation call to make a plan.

It can be good to write down a wish list of what you’d like for your VIP day in order of priority. We won’t always get to finish your list on your day, especially if it’s a big list of 4 or more items or a big job. If we run out of things to do, we then go on to do SEO on your website, or other essential tasks. Needless to say, we can’t design a website in a day, but if you need a new website please have a look at our website packages. :)

To make significant changes, you might need to provide website copy, images or other information. When booking, please give yourself enough time get everything done beforehand.

Once you’re ready, you can book right here on this page. Scroll down and select the button Set Timezone. All currency is in Australian Dollars.

Please ensure I’m added to your website in the Permissions area of your website. (Go to Settings -> Permissions) If I’m not already added, please add me with the email emmahall@fastmail.fm (admin role). If you can’t find it, you can just send me your login details and I will set that up for you.
Making the most of your VIP Day

If you’d like to do a bit of website training at the end of your VIP Day, make some final tweaks or just go over what we’ve done, please book a call in the afternoon of your website day. Just let me know what time you’d like that to happen in your notes when you book or email me.

During your VIP Day I might have questions, or there might be problems logging in. It’s a great idea to have your phone handy, or check your email regularly just in case.

After your VIP Day if you want a few little things done, or some more tweaks that won’t take very long, instead of another VIP Day, we recommend booking an hour here.

Before your VIP Day, please send all of your content several days beforehand. Put all images or files in a google drive or dropbox folder and share the link with me. (Please copy the link to the folder and send it to me in an email is the most fail safe way)
